Hmmmmm.....maybe, but doubtful. You would not increase your testosterone level by lifting weights much, if at all. Look at other causes...like maybe that boyfriend of yours.

That depends. . .are you taking testosterone?
Women have just a fraction of the testosterone men have, so it's not likely that's why you're angry. It's probably the sense of empowerment that you feel from gaining strength, plus the adrenaline rush of the physicality. I got mad sometimes doing weights, too, especially if I used someone I once hated as motivation to get stronger so I could whip them senseless if we ever met up again.
The next time you are lifting, pay close attention to where your mind wanders off to at the time. You might well find your answer there.

Possibly. Either that or you've been repressing some anger and now that you have or are gaining the means to physically express it, it is "coming out". My advice is to take a kick-boxing class or workout on a punching bag and see how it feels, it may relieve/release the feeling.
ALSO: Women DO have testosterone, and testosterone IS linked to aggression, if not anger.

I don't think so. Women have some testosterone but I do not think exercise will increase it. Keep looking for the answer in other areas. You are not taking anabolic steroids are you? Because this can make you angry.

my exgirlfriend went through the same problem as you are experiencing, it became a problem when she did not accept the fact that testosterone build up can affect behavior especially if you are taking performance enhancing supplements. These products interfere with naturally occuring chemicals in our brains which neatralize seratonin, melatonin and dopamine.

That is ridiculous. First of all, if you had that much testosterone you would probably grow a penis. Secondly, there is no link between testosterone and anger

From my experience, women are angry 24/7.
