Its been 5 months, all I want is my money and my stuff. I saw him once in 5 months and that was 3 weeks ago, he was very nice to me, took my out and said he would give my things back. His gf found out I saw him and called and threatened me. I went to see him again, (but he wasnt at work) cause he had promised to give my stuff back 3 weeks ago, and didn't.
I didnt see him that day, but his gf made him call and tell me off. He was soo rude to me and told me to stop hounding him and blah blah. I found out there was a rumour about me, and I think his new gf spread it, so he would break up with me.
Anyway, he calls me the next day apologizing. He said "Youre right, it shouldnt be this way, i dont want it this way. Dont call me, Ill call you."
Why is it infront of his gf he is such an a**, but otherwise he is so nice to me?

He is the jerk. If you want your stuff back go to the police department and make a complaint and if possible they can be present while you get your things back. The money thing forget it. Think of it this way, you paid to get rid of him. He keeps apologizing to you to keep you around on a string in case things go wrong with whomever he's with. You're better than that. If his new girlfriend is talking about you don't give her any attention let them be they sound like they belong with each other. The best way you can get back at him is to move forward to better things and people.

Because she controls him... She is "wearing the pants" in their relationship. Be nice, but tell him that if he doesn't get you your stuff back by xx day, you are going to file a small claims case against him to return it all.
If you are trying to get back together with him, I don't think it will happen. The new girl sounds like she has her hooks into him...

Because he wants to keep his relationship with his new piece and since he's done with you he doesn't care about your feelings.

because he punks out around her,you know no balls! i hate it when guys do that.if you can prove he took your stuff, get the police involved. be careful of that gf of his, she might be dangerous.

he may not want to get his new girl mad, so he pretends to be annoyed at you to stay on her good side. dont think twice about it, but make sure you get your stuff back!

b/c he is trying to please her and you at the same time. he feels as if he is in the middle and his new girl put him there. which isn't right but he is in the middle
