Firstly, tell him that you know you messed up and that you are truly sorry. You have learned from your mistake and can honestly say it would never happen again. Don't beg for another chance, just say if ever he thinks he can forgive you, then he knows where to find you and walk away. Give him some space and I'm sure he'll want to give you another chance after he's cooled down. Good luck!

if you mean you cheated on him. there isn't much you can do. once a cheater always a cheater. live and let live cause alot of times his new found trust in you may mean he is messing with different women just to get back at you for what you did.

well if you havent already done it i would be giving him a long, nice and sincere apology for what you have done. remember actions speak louder than words and show him that you can be trusted by following through on all things you say from here on out.

Why did you do what you did to him?
Recognize and fix that problem with yourself and then maybe you can earn his trust back. But if he doesnt want you after that - accept his decision and deal with it.

you don't. once trust is usually broken it is hard to get back. so just mess up more and don't worry about him and move on

If you really like him and respect him you will give him time and space. Don't expect him to forgive you. If you back off and don't push him he may get over it and you'll get another chance.
