I gave up "Junk Food" for Lent. I just bought cherry toster strudles and was wondering if i can eat them.

No it's not junk food. It is fuit pastry. It's like eating pancakes with fruit so you're ok.

Yes--that is junk food.
High calorie, very low nutritional value= junk food.
Just eat toast instead, with peanut butter or some cheese, or have fresh fruit or whole grain cereal. A cup of yougurt is a good, nutritious , fast breakfast, also.

It's loaded with sugar, so I would say it's considered junk food.

There is not much nutritional value in them so I would have to say that they would be considered a junk food.
