Eat a carrot, celery, or some kind of fruit. Eating something healthy before you go back to bed will actually help you sleep better and u will feel better. Drinking water is also helpful. Water can make you feel fuller and it will help you with being so hungry!.

A large glass of water. Most hunger sensations can be satisfied with water. You shouldn't sleep on a full stomach, the only drawback is you might wake up later to urinate.

I'd suggest not eating. Sometimes you just have to have a little self-discipline. If you must have something, have a glass of water, milk, a few baby carrots, maybe a couple of apple slices.

A banana, warm milk, or oatmel; these snacks release endorphines which neautralize dopamine, a chemical in our brain that keeps us focused and active throughout the day.

Cereal with milk. Not sugary cereal. The carbs and milk are filling and calming. That or toast w/ butter.
