I am on Phase I for four days now, and I got an invitation to an happy hour by a coolest group in Bay Area. I couldn't miss for the world for that fun!
I am wondering is it okay if I have one drink with rum and diet coke while I am on Phase I? Just ONE DRINK?
Please help! Thanks!

I have lost 65lbs the old fashioned way in the past year. I say go ahead and drink. Of course alcohol isn't permitted on a low carb diet but you are fashioning a new lifestyle for yourself not a diet. It's OK to fall off the wagon once in a while as long as you get right back on.

Only if you know you will only have one. Rum & diet coke would be a good drink.

diet coke and Bacardi are great for diets
zero everything carbs,ect.. plus you can have more than one

come on now, you know that one drink leads to another and then another. unless your very strict and serious about your goals, drink ice water and add a lemon wedge to make it look like something. goodluck.
