Immigration, when legal, benefits the USA in a number of ways. It brings hardworking ppl that have a deep desire of a better way of life. Historically, based on that, legal immigrants with their gratitude have promoted the USA.

A small amount of LEGAL immigration is good for the country. It adds diversity and gives people who really want to come here LEGALLY a chance for a better life. It's the huge number of ILLEGAL immigrants that are screwing this country up.

America benefits from immigration to hire skilled workers, baseball players and others. Workers pay taxes that redound to the government as revenues.

Legal immigration is great, especially skilled workers from East Asia and Europe. Illegal immigration subverts the system, and is worse than worthless.

The controlled and v. limited immigration system that you currently operate cherry picks the best brains from many countries, it is more important to consider the damage you do to them. Your fight against illegal immigration is a fight against the freedom of man, you should be required to sand blast the inscription on the statue of liberty as it is contrary to the trades description act.
