Dulce de Leche is my absolute favorite. It is fancy enough to be special, but is simple enough that I can really appreciate the quality of the ice cream.
Not that I don't love every other Haagen-Daaz flavor...

Last year they had a limited edition flavor called Sticky Toffee Pudding... it was divine. I'm sad that they don't make it anymore.
There are so many to choose from, like the Strawberry Cheesecake and Creme Brulee, but nothing beats the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

Irish cream, I've tried other flavors but they aren't as good. Though they don't have irish cream at the groceries stores which makes me sad.
