Hi M&M,
I love bananas but only when they are yellow or yellow with brown spots.

A lot of people buy bananas when they are green; they turn yellow very quickly. They are eaten when yellow. In case you did not know there is a gas which is applied to the green bananas which cause them to turn green. Apparently this is done when shipping the bananas from the growing area.

You eat yellow ones because they are ripe
green ones will give you terrible belly cramps
but (not 100% sure) i think you can fry green ones think i saw that on tv!
google green banana recipes & then you will know 100%
