when i try to read somethin tha letters like start floatin around movin, i have to concentrate to read, and when i look at stuff i have to concentrate also, its lke without concentrating on what i'm lookin at everything will go out of order, just whatever i look at goes out of order, i have to willingly fix my vision on stuff

it could possibly be a form of dislexia but it is usually reading from right to left, if thats not what you see then maybe u hav a problem with your eyes. get it checked.

I do not think that is one of the symptoms of dislexic just do a search on the internet. One of your symptoms should be seeing letters backwards. You would have problems writing and so on look it up.

that sound slike dislexia. also if you mix up numbers and letters like p,b,q,and d ,or g,6,and 9
