Yeah I like this guy I work with. He is 18 and I am 20. I found out today from my co-workers its pretty obvious I like him and they are positive he feels the same. I was skeptical bc of the age thing but they said its about maturity and he is mature. My question is should I go for it? Its a part time job for us both and we dont work together too, too often and dating is allowed there. I would never consider this but I really like him and I havent been this happy in a long time.

go for it! however if things dont work out between the two of you, you then have to worry about being around him at work and that can leave you feeling awkward. but if you two are mature like you say then whatever the situation may be you can handle it. oh and one other thing dont be so quick to accept what others are saying. you need to know this for sure on your own accord as to how this guy feels about you. sometimes friends intentions can be good or they can be cruel.

Your friends are right. If he is mature about the situation. He is of legal age to date. That is a two year difference is not alot. Go for it and enjoy life.

I'd say go for. Why should age matter if he's been through puberty! Anyways as you said he is mature and that's good so why should age matter?

go with whatever your heart says, you sound like you really want to try this out. Plus you're both young, you can feel things out and still have time to move on if it doesn't work out.
