This may sound weird from a girl, but the best way is to find out if she likes you or not... (its the creepiest thing to a girl when a guy comes on to her that she doesn't like) Make sure you don't ego inflate while your around her... And start mingling with her friends, or find out if she likes you too. good luck ;)

If you plan to date someone or have relationship on any level with them in the future (or just think they're cute) YOU HAVE TO be able to talk to them-I know it sounds pretty basic and that's because it is. The basis of any relationship is being comfortable with the other person. Approach this girl with no greater intentions or hopes of anything besides frienship, but take it from there and be open to whatever may develop. I know it's hard to talk to that *one* special person (especially if they seem so amazing at the moment and you put them on a pedestal) but trust me-they're not perfect either (and you won't know for sure if they're right for you unless you talk-face-to-face). first off you cant make someone like you.Be yourself.YOU CAN talk to her you just choose not too....find some commone ground...ask her what her hobbies/interests are and what her life goals are
