theres nothing wrong with being christian. lots of people have problems with people who are religious because they bring it into everything. most of my firends arent religious and niehter am i but when we do talk to people of anythingfait it seems everything is god's doing. thats what bugs me personally. also it seems hip to not believe in god now. i dont because i never have. i didnt wake up one day and say i wasnt gonig to. but people now are alot less moral with or without god so its lame to be a believer apparently.

People are learning how ridiculous religion really is and it is goofy. The bible is so contradictory, fantasy, lies, money motivated, poorly written and confusing. To really attempt to come away from it and act to know how to interpret such fairy tales makes one seem pretty ridiculous. More ridiculous when the people who claim to believe in the bible make up their own self serving version of how to interpret it. Hypocrisy is the most sickening part of christians. Christians say do as the bible says. They do something else or justify wrongs with some contradictory part of the bible they choose to justify their criminal thinking and actions. Like war, greed, lies, material worship, etc.

I don't think it is just about Christians. I don't like organized religion at all. More people have died in the name of religion than all the wars combined. Look at whats happening now in the middle east. Shea's, Sunies, Blah Blah Blah. My god is better than you god, My daddy can beat up your daddy, same stuff. I agree with the above who say they don't like it because you have to hear it all the time from people that believe. I agree. I think its great that you believe I honestly do. Some people need it some don't. I don't. but I would never try to convince you that your way is all wrong like most religious people do to non-believers

Religious people are annoying when they said something followed by quotes from their holy books. Same thing like a guy who read a lot of books and talk to you mentioning stuff we don't like to hear. We also call him a nerd, right?
Being religious is not wrong at all, but the behaviour of religious people with the tendency of preaching is not acceptable by most people including myself.

I am agnostic. 27 years old.
It is seen as being a goody-goody. Good Christians don't have sex, drink, smoke, swear, or in general rebel in any way shape or form that is considered cool. You are seen as a rule follower. And when you are young that isn't cool.
But you can only follow what is true to you.Sometimes it's cool to be cool, but not all that fun if it's not you.

It's not nerdy, it's not wrong, so so don't let anyone else tell you it is. God gave everybody "free will". You can choose to believe or not to believe. This is between you and God.

Jesus said "when they hate you know that they hated Me first."
Why did people hate Jesus? All He did was good for people. Even though people don't know it satan makes them hate on you. The dark hates light. Just stay strong. Just about everbody goes through that, finally you will grow where what people think doesn't matter.

Sprirt filled Christianity is the fastest growing religion in the world (pentecostalism). It is young and contemporary and getting more and more real everyday.
