cut out junk food and soda and eat the way people in europe eat. a small breakfeast, a big lunch and a small dinner. It helps with not feeling so hungry and when you go to bed you wont feel bloated or anything.

Get some good complex carbs in the early am, eat 6 small handfull meals rich in protein w/ o carbs. Cardio exercise in the am before any meal. No more carbs after yr. first meal. Hit the weights after school for 45 to 60 minutes. If you do weight training 4x a week do two major body parts per day plus cardio. Try to hit yr. abs every two days. Sit-ups and crunches on day 1, side bends and hanging knee raises on ab-day 2. Drink lots of water all day. Carry a liter with you everywhere. Eliminate all sugar, especially the simple kind. Loose 2-3 lbs. every ten days. Prom is Usually late April. I guess you could loose about 21 lbs. If you need a last week weight kill, do the cabbage diet (7-Day) I can usually she an emergency 10 to 15 lbs. in 1 week and keep 5-7 lbs of thos 15 off.

I am so excited about how well my cleanse is going that I just had to tell all my friends.:) My father turned me on to the cleanse. He was on 45 mg. of lipitor(cholestrol med) and obviously unhealthy. He lost 25 pounds in thirty days and has been off lipitor for 5 months now. After seeing his success, I had to try it. I am on the 6th day of my cleanse and I have already lost 9 pounds and gone from a 12 to and 8:))))).The coaches baby you through the whole process and make it so easy...and its cheap! I'm so excited...this is the first thing that has actually helped me. diet and exsorsize is key, cut out all unnessisary calories, try substituting soda with water, and perhaps instead of a full meal for lunch why not a salad? your only in highschool which meens you should have plenty of time to excersize before and after school, maybe go for a jog before school and go through a workout after? I always recomend DDR because the workout mode has a feture that counts how many calories you've burnt off while playing, and it's fun, good luck

HI....i went to a weight lose doc once. he sd ur body burns 150 calories everytime you eat, just thru digestion. he told me to eat every 3 hrs and to eat LESS than 150 calories...sounds simple....IT IS!!! if you will get pre-packaged snacks you can get foods that will satisfy your taste buds and u will stop eating when ur thru with the bag or whatever. if may take a day or two to not feel hungry, IF that. but you wont feel deprived. he sd to exercise and burn 400 calories a day...and increase it by 10 calories a week. I started this in November and have lost 40 lbs, which puts me half way to my goal. expect to gain a few lbs around your cycle. its going to happen. u will lose it just as fast as you gain it. just take one day at a time. and if you mess up, so what. start back the next day.expect that to. this will make it melt off you.

frequent meals. About 5-6 a day. Keep the protein high and carbs lower. If you're in school invest in some canned protein shakes and drink one in between classes. The main thing you need is to hit the weightroom and eat clean.

Well, cut all of the junkfood out of your diet, eat healthy by eating fruits, veggies, and other healthy food, and exercise. If you are really concerned about how you'll look for prom, that's your motivation. Make it a goal to look and feel better for prom, and eat healthy and exercise. Even if you don't lose all the weight you want to by prom, you'll still feel better about yourself, because you are accomplishing something. Never give up!

exercise more by actively being involved in sports/gym/swimming/walking/ jogging etc. If you can, cycle/walk to school rather than catch the bus/train or drive.
Don't eat junk food. Don't eat snacks in between meals.
Eat a balanced low fat, low GI diet.
Do these things and you will loose weight almost gauranteed.

work out not to much though - Eat your three meals a day little breakfast a little lunch and super. do not go for seconds. Thats it do not starve yourself that is the worst thing to do.

just cutting out soda can help you lose about 10-15 lbs. i did this for my wedding and now i can't stand regular soda. of course, be healthy and do some excercise.
