My ex called me a few months ago and asked me to go see a movie with him. I had not seen him in ONE YEAR. We dated for a short while then HE ended it. I said yes and after the movie when he was driving me home, when I asked him why he wanted to see me he said he wants "to see me every once in awhile". By the way, we never had sex while dating cuz he knew I wanna save sex formarriage, so don't say this was a bootycall. Since he contacted me and wanted to hangout does this mean that he still has some (even if its tiny bit) of feelings left for me AND that he's not completely over me yet as well?

A few months ago? If he is not calling you on a regular basis, then he is not interested in getting back with you. Sounds like he was bored and probably not involved with anyone at that time. If you are saving yourself for marriage, he probably couldn't handle that and is dating women that put out. Hopefully he isn't the kind of jerk that will check in with you every once in a while in hopes that you have changed your mind and will give it up to him. Either way it does not sound like he wants to get back together so you should probably stop thinking about him.

Ok, at least you do know he isn't doing it for the sex.
But, do you do other things with him sexually? Because if he is not getting that elsewhere, then he would still come back for that.
I think if he has dumped you once, don't give him a chance to do it twice. Move on, you sound like a sensible girl.

When a relationship does not work, you 2 still can be friend.
It's common to ask you out just to maintain this friendship. It's better to have more friends that to lose someone you know. Don't think much. Nothing special going on here.

He may miss hanging out with you and want to be friends. Just talk to him and find out if he's still interested, if you are. If it's more of a friend deal and you can go with that, do it. Guys can be the best friends you'll ever have. They give great advice!!
