ill give 10 points to whoever gives me a website that lets me know if i can or not take my mouse on a plane to mexico and what the regulations and rules are.

If it is a live mouse (the animal and not the computer part) then you cannot take him through customs. Foreign countries do not allow animals to enter without quarantine and many animals are banned outright. You can take your dog if you don't mind leaving him in quarantine for 2+ weeks but you have to leave your mouse at home.

Many travellers take their laptop on a flight, so I don't think a computer mouse is regulated.
all airline carriers allow a mouse that can be placed in the overhead compartment.
