I would go back to the first one who you got a report from and see if you can' get them to help you start the ball rolling ....since they were did give a report you may find them helpful...what do you think? Just a thought...where else to start is the bank who issue your cards too. Talk with them and see what they have to say ...since they know you!!! Good luck.

File a dispute form with Transunion immediately and let them know what's going on. Take a copy of that dispute report to your local police station and file a complaint of identity theft and then forward a copy of the police complaint to Experian and Equifax to let them know that you are the right person and then file dispute reports with them too. Ask for an alert on your credit report and they red flag your account. Please do all the above steps immediately and I wish you Good Luck.

Credit companies are required to give you all information that is against you. You should ask for the info in writing, and they have to give it to you- any info that you dispute they have to prove or pull it off your record.

As far as any other record goes- all you have to do is send them a certified copy of your social security card and birth certificate and you should be able to have access to your records. If they cant prove its you- they have to remove all the bad stuff.

you will have to file a police report also in your state to show that isnt you- it helps. So make sure you do it.
