What is the most you have spun on the rifle(that you caught)? And what's the coolest trick you've done on flag? Just wondering...
I am a colorguard nerd and I was just wanted to see any new things I can learn.

I was in CG back in middle school. The most rotations I ever got on a rifle toss was five, and that was reaaaaalllllllly pushing myself. The coolest thing I learned on rifle was to spin doubles then toss a quad after count eight going into the next eight counts. The coolest flag movement I learned was how to hold the end of the flag and do a horizontal toss. That one was pretty simple, but I always loved how it looked. My team never did much dance, so the biggest thing in that area was just learning to jazz run (coach kept telling us we sounded like a herd of obese elephants, lol) and jette.

My niece is in colorguard. I went to pick her up after practice and I found out I was three hours early. I watched the kids practice and watched the amount of work they put into the performance. It is not easy being in colorguard.
