I thought your question was about America, but its really a pro-Bush rant about Iraq. Yeah, its great that we rebuilt all the buildings, bridges, and roads we destroyed in the war, but now they are just more targets for the people who do not want us there. Why can't you just admit that Iraq is a major clusterf**k, and there is no end in sight. We can't leave because the resulting Civil War would completely destabilize the region and jeopardize world oil resources. But the "strategy" for victory currently being employed is disastrously misguided.
Can you blame people for being upset that brave American soldiers are dieing on a daily basis? Can you blame them for being frustrated that "victory" seems impossible and that the situation there is deteriorating instead of improving? Can you blame people for being upset that we invaded Iraq to prevent terrorism and its using weapons of mass destruction on us only to find out that those reasons were untrue?
This isn't a Democrat issue, its an American issue. Jefferson said it was the duty of Americans to protest against injustice. People who stand up for what they believe in and force their nation's leaders to justify their actions and policies are not "communists" or "liberals," they are PATRIOTS! People who truly love their country need to fight to make sure its leaders uphold our nation's values.

It's not so much Democrats but the ultra Liberals. But, of course, they love to spout off at the mouth how bad America is but they all seem to stay. Cuba is only a short little raft trip away.
Seriously, to answer all of your questions one by one:
1) No because that would make Bush look good hence would get in their way of their political agenda.
2) Ditto.
3) Ditto.
To be fair, this doesn't go for all Democrats. Zell Miller, Ed Koch, Toby Keith, Dick Morris, Tammy Bruce, to name a few don't feel that way. It's the ultra-looney Hollywierd left that has hijacked the party. Once upon a time we called those people Communists or Socialists.

Democrats will tell you this is a great country, (but only if you do things their way). Shhhhhhhhh, don't tell anybody we're for bigger government, higher taxes, an even more open southern U.S. border, and pulling out if Iraq no matter what, even if it means a more volatile middle east that, given time we'll be back over there fighting defending our allies.

Oh come on. I'm a conservative, and I can tell you all that is wrong with America - illegals invading, personal responsibility a quaint relic of the past, crybaby identity politics, interventionist foreign policy that puts Israel's interests before our own, etc. Dems aren't the only ones who are unhappy.
