I used to play football but after a knee surgery I was forced to stop playing. In the process however, whatever I have accumulated from football (6'3", 245lbs) isnt going away. I need help on how to lose about 60lbs and what exercises to do (that arent too hard on the knee). I also wanted to know if Lipo 6 (when added) to the proper diet and exercise will help?
Currently I do about an hour-hour and a half of cardio everday.
and I dont eat as much as i used too

thanks

I'm 6'2" formerly 277# and now down to 250# in the last month and a half.

I reduced my soda consumption, ate a balanced diet with smaller sensible portions and added a simple walking routine in addition to crunches and push ups. My plan probably worked faster as I work in construction and am lifting, and active all day. I found that Hydroxycut was also an effective part of my weight loss.... drinking a lot of water helps immensely!!

Since we're about the same size, I would set a more realistic goal to start with, say a solid 20's and increase the loss from there. I started with a goal of 30's and now that I am literally pounds away, I am upping the goal to 230-235# which is what I weighed before culinary school..... go figure. Hope this helps and good luck reaching your goal!!

I eat a lot of chicken, pork, salads and fish if this helps also.... steaks about once every other week.
