There is no one color that is better then another. Your bridesmaid dresses should complement your dress. If your dress is casual, so should your bridesmaid dresses; same thing if you are wearing a very formal dress, the bridesmaids should have more formal wear as well.

Pick a color that is complimentary to your wedding and the feel you are trying to achieve.

well, there is red (of course). Really and color under the rainbow. What are your favorite colors... I wouldn't use black . It's sopose to be bad luck. Are you going to have a big wedding? If so. Stick to traditional colors. You don't want any one to make fun of your bridesmaids. They already have enough to contend with. Instead of being worried about colors --I'd be more worried about the way the dresses look. You should make sure the bridesmaids can wear there dress after the wedding. OR --better yet --Be able for them to transfer the dress into something more up to date -- for the reception. That would be so cool!

It's nice to pick dresses and colors that look good on the bridesmaids so they can wear them for other occasions.

One springtime wedding I attended, the bridesmaids all wore pastels but in different colors (pastel pink, pastel blue, pastel lavender, etc.) that looked best on each of them. The flowers also were mixed colors, as were other decorations.

You could do the same with brights, or regular shades, or dark shades, depending on the season.

I know most weddings have a color theme and the bridesmaids wear the same color. Why not have a rainbow color theme. Have each bridesmaid wear a color that is flattering to their skin tone. You can have the style of the dress the same, just different colors.

Depends on the season. If its in the winter go with royal blues, reds, or greens. If it is in the fall go with browns, golds, or reds. If its in the summer go with bright colors like yellow, light blue, pink. If its in the spring, any pastels will do. But ultimately its up to you. Good luck.

all of it is desperate with the aid of your bridesmaids - in the event that they could be all with regard to the equivalent epidermis tone, that is lots much less perplexing than in the event that all of them have thoroughly different complexions. in the event that they have the equivalent variety epidermis tones, opt for a color which you basically experience seems solid on them, or get every physique’s advice on the bridal shops you seem in. attempt to maintain removed from hues like yellow and green, those don’t seem solid on many epidermis tones. in the event that they’re all unique, probable p.c.. a particular style of dress and enable them to opt for their own color – quite one among my friends did this; all her bridesmaids wore particular colored attire, even nonetheless they have been all pastels and a similar style. It looked rather appropriate and tournament her springtime bridal ceremony properly. you could additionally do one color, yet diverse colorings. pink is a color that with the aid of and huge has many hues that seem solid on different men and girls human beings, and so is blue. you're able to additionally opt for white outfits with a formidable, amazing sash in some thing color you want – some human beings don’t choose their bridesmaids wearing white, even nonetheless it ought to look quite first-fee, and the sash for sure distinguishes them from the bride.

I did my last wedding in black & cream. I invited my attendants to choose their own black dresses so they could wear them again. The wedding party looked awesome in photos. This would also work with black & gold, black and silver, etc. but is more suited to a formal evening wedding.
