Humility. Vulnerability. Shame. Poor. Cold. Dirty. Broken.
So that people who say "Jesus never went through this" can come to understand that He *did* suffer the same emotions and perceptions of Himself that we do of ourselves. And He was made whole again by trusting in God's promises and His Word.

Because His clothing was stripped from Him, and as He was dying, bored soldiers gambled for it. The Romans did not allow for dignity in their condemned prisoners; their intent was to humiliate as well as kill. Silly question.
