I eat only breakfast and dinner ( and a small snack when i come home), because im 13 and 110 (lbs). i want to be 105 or @least 107. I think im overweight because when i sit down and slighltly lean over, i have UGLY skin flaps on my stomach area. Should i not diet, or should i keep this going???

You are still young but if you are that worried about your weight and body I would just diet and exercise some. I would not consider eat only breakfast and dinner and then a small snack. You want to make sure you eat at least 3 healthy balanced meals a day. If you don't eat enough your metabolism will slow down a great deal.

Ummm, you know, I don't really think you should be on a diet like that, because you're still growing, and not really eating lunch can cause problems. I think that you should just cut junkfood out of your diet and eat healthy, and exercise. That's the way to get rid of your stomach. Try crunches, running, and just exercise.

Truthfully, you need to talk to your parents about this. Dieting for weight loss is NOT something that a young lady of your age should be doing. I am a little concerned because of your remark at the end in reference to you "thinking you are overweight". Everyone's stomach rolls over a little even if you are at an ultra low body-fat percentage... its just how we work. Hope this helps some and please take care of yourself. :-)
