I have no sound on internet websites; on youtube, or pages that play music etc. The only place I do have sound is on WMP and musicmatch jukebox, so I know my speakers work. Do any of you guys know how to make the sound come back??!?! Please help this is driving me crazy!

And I do have the latest version of flash player installed, it's 9 I believe?

try in the internet explorer menu TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, look for ADVANCED and find on a list the 'multimedia' options, maybe you have unchecked the option that is for playing sounds, must be the last on the multimedia list

I had the same problem on my laptop, I couldn't exactly fix it but I got around it. Get firefox instead of internet explorer. That won't fix it, but if you go to plugins and get the media connectivity plug in, it will open media in the player you choose.

do you have the latest version of flash player installed? most of these sites use flash to play there shows

checked my drivers
i finally gave up
