I'm pretty good...and I'm thinking about spending more time this summer on my feet. I learned backwards when I was 16. That was in 1976. I learned front to backs in 1978. I first barefooted in 1974, but it took three years of trying. I can't wait to teach my daughters to foot. They are fearless and awesome balancers for their ages... 1 & 3. Good luck Footin' and always keep God your first love and you'll always make the right choices. What tip are you looking for? What trick can I help you with?

Interesting question... maybe you should just start walking around outside barefoot... the bottoms of your feet will get calloused and it'll hurt less when you step on rocks and such. Of course it's better than wearing socks, it's liberating to be barefoot and it's more comfortable!

I used to love to ski barefooted until I hit some debris on the water and cut the bottom of my foot. Needed 13 stitches. So now I stick to skis.
