meaning you would NEVER get married? ( a promise you made to yourself or God)
And if so, did you eventually get married or remain single?

I did a few years ago.
Getting married March 17th.

Over a year ago I swore i wouldnt get married, Im young but i loved being independent and i had dated around enough to know that i didnt trust guys. I didnt want to be dependant on anyone but myself (i was in a horrible relationship at a very young age). But i mean its not something i PROMISED myself, and i wouldnt see why someone would promise God not to get married.
Anyway now im engaged. I still want to be independent in the sense that Im finishing my education and I want my own career. But at the same time I want to share my life with him. Amazingly I always knew this guy and he always wanted to date me, but i blew him off continuously because I thought he was too nice!!

I swore it off about 2 years ago and I'm still single with no prospects.
