to eat junk food all day is not a healthy option, but you need to eat more carbohydrates, such as pasta, rice, and you can bulk that up with lots of vegetables....things like avocado's, red meat, potatoes, and regarding fruit, you can eat bananas but not too many...you can also get supplements to take but get advice from your doctor first just to make sure there OK for you to take. there is a nutrition drink called nurishment, and the name says it all really it's packed full of nutrients, this can be mixed with a non alcoholic drink called super malt, drink this regular your sure to put weight on, and make sure you still get some exercise its important for your body....so many people want to loose weight. good luck

I'll bet you $1 that when you're 45 you wish didn't ask :-P LOL

Ok, now for the serious part... since you are fairly young, it would seem that your body is not finished developing. Any sort of a diet for young men or young women can be risky due to this fact. I can understand your point and how you feel about being very thin...I really suggest that you eat a balanced, sensible diet of meats/alternative protein (if you are vegetarian) starch, fruit, vegetables... I would be willing to venture an educated guess that you have a VERY high metabolism as well...(how you body breaks down and utilizes nutrients) Any sort of "quick" weight gain or loss is generally unhealthy at any age.

Be patient and be healthy... probably not exactly what you were looking for, but its the best I've got, hope it helps.

unless you play contact sports i say don't worry about it... too much, i mean... you can try shakes and bars and stuff

just make sure you know the difference of good fat and bad fat... i mean if you want to look one way but don't then sure, you can try... but pigging out and being lazy will do nothing for you (well you'll get a little fatter, but it do nothing GOOD for you)

if you think your at and unhealthy thin weight, then see a doctor/pharmacist about it

If you are naturally slim and are eating a good healthy diet then I recommend that you do nothing. If you think that you may be to thin because of something medical then have your doctor check you. You could possible have a thyroid problem.
