Is there any significant nutritional difference between red and green apples, or among the different varieties in general?

Hey Cherrychick, Just making it up as I go along but it seems to me that the biggest significant nutritional difference between apples would probably be sugars (Red delicious vs Crabapple)... just a wild @ss guess on my part :-)

The darker the color, the more nutritious.

Red delicious is the best coz it's skin has the most anti oxidants which is good for u
