im lookin for a good way to annoy my sister by shocking her all the time. whats the easiest way?

You're just in luck. I happened to be a Physicist whose specialty is in annoyances. You can generate static by rubbing wool against cloth or rubber against hair. Some easy suggestions are rubbing socks against carpet, or rubber against fur or hair. Static builds easier in a dry environment so be sure to be in a dry part of the house (not the bathroom).

Wear nylon or wool socks and rub your feet on a wool carpet.

rub your hand on dust that collected on as screen, e.g. a tv screen or a comp screen. the dust has to be in thick layer tho. try wool and thick carpets- rub ur hand in them, or a finger and then touch her.
