Avoid fried food, sugars, and all the other junk foods. Drink water, no soda, eat more fresh fruit and veggies. Drink lots and lots of water. Find ways to fit more exercise into your day. Take the stairs, walk around the block, or pop in some music and get dancing :) Good luck!

#1) Stop drinking soda and other sweetened beverages.

Drink plenty of water, eat smaller portions, exercise. I've lost 28#'s since January 1st following that plan... not exactly in a "hurry" but steady healthy weight loss that will probably not be regained by crash dieting and depriving myself of the things I enjoy..... its all about moderation. that is a question that i have asked..i am overweight and like am a teen...so your probally have something really important that you need to lose weight for right like your going out, party, dance, family reunion..who knows...heres a tip dont try to lose fast cuz u gain it back + more...for now just exercise and eat right..dont be like "u noe wut i am not going to lose weight for that one thing... so i'll wait til after and diet..(thats ur mentallity) the way u have to think is...i'll eat right starting tommorow morning and exercise that way i will be fit later on...i rather be 20 pounds overweight for "whatever event" than be 30 pounds overweight after because i didnt want to diet rite......take my advice good luck..dont listen to the people who say dont eat for a week or some dumbass answer or something like eat jello or soup..dont! eat right

theres tons of unhealthy ways to do that.

healthy ways:
diet and exercise with green tea pills (did the trick for me)
