Take off your shirt!
No really... just talk to him. Anything you plan will sound contrived anyway, so just act natural. Tell him you like his shirt, etc... get him alone and you'll probably be more relaxed than with a group of people. You can't plan flirting... it just happens.

Look into the eyes and smile, talk about things he like and show him that you also like them, but you have to know about them or you'll say something wrong.

just smile, have an out going personality, or ask if you could talk to that special someone in Private to explain to him but if you do try to ''beat around the bush''!

what i would do is first be yourself and maybe a little goofy i got the guy of my dreams cause i rough housed with him,laughed alot, and was a smartass just to be funny!!! hopes this helps you
