i am on a crash diet well not really i eat brekfast lunch and dinner and 1 snack for breakfast i eat one waffle for lunch i eat a bit of yogurt and carrot sticks dinner i eat normal meat and salad snack i eat a pear.i am not over weight i am only 12 i f you tell not to diet dont answer i will throw a fit. i need 2 loose 10 pounds by may so can wear one of those itsey bitsey polka dot bikinis i am almost 5 feet and weigh 116 pounds. any ideas on diets

you can try eating less food on your plate, don't eat to much dairy and fattening things. i weigh (130)and I'm perfectly fine with this eating habit.

Have a fit if you want, I don't care...YOU'RE TOO YOUNG TO DIET!
Having said that, ask your mom to schedule a check up with your pediatrican. S/he can tell you how to eat a BALANCED diet to stay healthy and keep your weight within the normal range for you body type and age. Also, participate in gym class! Exercise your body by being active: ride a bike, roller blade, jump rope, dance...the list is endless.
Crash diets mean just that CRASHING at some point. Your body is still developing. You need a variety of fruits, vegetables, breads and cereals and meats. You will hurt your metabolism by dieting too young. You could possibly create a life-long problem for yourself.
Is that worth fitting into the itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini?

All right, I don't think you can get slim real fast without consequence. Starving your body will only make it worst because when you get craving and fall like a ravenous wolf on food - and it will happen no matter what you tell yoursefl - you body will stock up and create even more fat. That's the yo-yo effect they talk about on TV. And that the worst thing for your body. The trick is eat healthy, exercice and learn to accept youself. The first one is easy, second need motivation and the last the hardest

welll.. you are still groing right now and trust me, i'm 16 and im a girl who knows exactly how you feel. if u want great boobs/butt then ur best bet would be to NOT diet right now and save the dieting for a few years. zoom out and look at ur life in its entirety. would urather be skinny now and not grow properly and have no boobs or butt for the rest of ur life? or are u willing to sacrifice a few (2-4 at LEAST) years of ur life being "healthy looking" rite now but have fantastic boobs/butt the rest of ur life?
wellll if u really really wanna lose weight fast u can eat anything want in moderation to tell u the truth but the one KEY important thing is u gotttaaa work out. if u wanna lose weight the calories u burn need to be greater than the calories u consume. calculate that and make sure it is everyday and watch the pounds melt like magic (plus this way u get to grow in the right places)

Maybe instead of dieting, try toning your muscles to improve your bikini figure.
Dieting will drop pounds but it does nothing to make a hard body.

I would suggest laying off the diet and do some working out to tighten your muscles. Tight muscles are much more flattering than flabby skin hanging.

okay... NO Snacking NO lunch and before you eat drink a ton a water. This works for me. also if you get around 2-3hrs of exercise a week with this diet thing, you'll be good bye May.

i agree with neha.. you have no idea what it cause you when you get older.. i tell my neice all the time, she is fine and healthy.. and to think she is trying to loose weight at 8 yrs old!! take your time and grow up a bit and see where your body is in another 3 or 4 yrs

try eating because your body will thank you and actually when you eat more you'll lose more.
I'm not saying eat more like 400 desserts, I mean at least 3 meals a day.

no, you don't need to lose weigh
life doesn't began 10 pound lighter, they have does poker dot bikini i every size, don't try to be somebody else body.
