How does one say 'blunt' and 'dutch' in Spanish? It is used to roll marijuana. Can you tell me how to say it in all the slang from different countries?

In Mexico, blunts and dutches are called "churro" (choo'-RRau), but since people in other Spanish speaking countries won't understand what it means, you can say "cigarro de mariguana" (marijuana cigarette).
