too much toxins. A body detox may help. Or go to the doctor. I wouldn't want to mess too much with a specific organ that has a specific issue.

The liver and kidneys do their best in filtering our bodies impurities However if the liver becomes overwhelmed with removing the toxins exiting in urine, the body takes other cleansing methods such as excreting toxins through our blood to the skin and out with sweat. This doesn't mean the liver is failing, just running at maximum capacity. This type of cleansing is usually accompanied by a fever a general cleansing of the toxins. This type of toxic excretion is usually foul smelling depending upon what it is. Much illness is caused by a toxin buildup.

It's a sickly sweet smell, and is known as FETOR HEPATICUS.
It seems with cirrhosis, blood passes to the lungs unfiltered, and certain waste products known as mercaptains are then detectable on the breath.
Fetor hepaticus is an ominous sign of very advanced liver disease.
