i'm 23 yrs old and this guy i'm talking about is 26yrs old.
whenever i say something or do stuff, he pats my head and say 'you're cute*' or 'you're adorable*'.
i wonder if he's saying those things cuz he likes me or he just see me as like a little sister or something?
what do you think and how can i know how he feels about me?

depends, is he a big guy? I mean my boyfriend is always telling me I'm cute or adorable, but he's really tall and I'm short. I think it could go either way, you can be attractive and still cute. My brothers never call me cute or adorable.
Does he call other girls cute and adorable? Just see how he treats other girls in comparision to you and htat should let you know!

I guess that's the way he is. Maybe he does that to other girls too. Since he pats your head, the impression i get is that he treat you like a little girl, maybe as a younger sister. Only when he looks affectionately into your eyes and say in a serious way that you are cute, then he is interested in you.

you know i take things like that to offensive. it sounds like he's looking down at you.. but then again its all in the context and HOW he says it. But this "cute, adorable" stuff isn't cute.
I mean if he said, "You're pretty" or something then yeah i'd be like, "Thank you!" but this sounds like he looks down at you..
