1. you will be able to breast feed normally, it doesn't block your mammary glands.
2. it depends on how you get them done and on what implants you choose(silicone or saline),. of course there will be pain! your body has been cut open! there are different methods to get the implants in your chest:
a.. (only for saline implants)the implants could be placed through your navel and up to your breast, an then filled with the amount of saline for your desired breast size.
b. a cut under your breasts(for "silicone"or gummie and saline)
c. cut your aereolas/nipples and place the implant inside and then fill it up with saline or place full silicone implants inside.
d. implants are entered to be placed in your chest through small incisions in your armpits.
3. The silicones implants tend to be firmer than the saline implants. they won't feel like the real thing!
4.- muscle tissue could harden over implants causing a stone, hard firmness to your breast.
-saline inplants could leak.
-your immune system/body could reject implants because it detects them as a foreign object and could fight them as if it were a virus or foreign object.
-scarring.
5. increase in confidence, and increase attention from the opposite sex.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with getting breast implants and if it makes you happy then you should seriously consider it. Talk it over with a doctor to see if you're in good health, and discuss the specific details of the procedure. A doctor should be able to tell you when us too big, and if you go too big that's when you get health problems. As someone before said, the surgeries that turn out badly are usually pretty extreme. You only want to go about a b or c (idk what size you're at now) which is hardly extreme. I'm just letting you know though, I don't know what you look like but a b can be quite small. I'm a b cup and I'm so flat chested I look like a fat little ten year old :(. I too want implants, and I'm considering saline. Yes, they can burst as can silicone, but saline isn't dangerous and it will just be absourbed into your blood stream. The material you use for your implants is one of the details you should talk to your doctor about. As for anyone going on the "love your body" rant: you either love your body or you don't. And if you don't, you probably never will unless you change it, at least a little. Yeah, it kind of sucks but that's just how it is. I personally find it hard to love my body with the recent media switch where you see a lot of full figured women boasting about how great curves are. Not everyone's curvy >:(

Fake and Cruel. Watch Dr.90210! They slit your nipples open and shove it in. Or they shove it in through under your arm pits. Morbidly painful just looking at it. Don't do it, its not worth the money nor the pain. Another male chauvinistic product.

With that done to your breast, your chances in enjoying your love making will go way down, cos lots of nerves in your sensitive area have been misplaced.

I suggest you hire a personal trainer and stylist with that money and get in shape also wear clothes that flatter your figure. You'll feel better and more confident inside out.

they dont feel bad , just have them under the muscle.

should not be any problems, unless they pop, then you need new ones.

bigger breasts. more guys will look at them (is that a benefit ?)

it is not that painful , just for the first week or so
