My boyfriend did a clean up on our computer. I can't tell you what all he did and truth be told I don't even think he knows but now I can't watch any youtube videos or play any games. We have tried to install the Flash player but then we get a message that tells us we already have it. I can't even play any games now because of this problem. Is there any computer savvy individual out there that can help us? 10 points for sure. Thanks in advance.

For those website all you should need is the most recent version of flash player. Some videos require windows media player which I don't even think you can uninstall that if you are running windows.

go to add/remove programs and remove flash player if you see it, then reboot and go to www.adobe.com and download it again, you must get rid of it completely before you download it again
