I need a free, easy to use, but Photoshop quality photo editor, and please dont answer Picasa, because i have that but it's not quite what i want...
Mainly, i want a photo editor that let's me crop really easy, besides just the square, one that lets me crop like by dragging my cursor, then lets me copy and paste into another picture...CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Gimp is free & similar to photoshop.
Better for the use you describe than paint I think (allows blank space).
Don't know if it's exactly what you need, but hope it works.
