There is really nothing that you can do to grow faster / taller other than eating a well-balanced, nutricious diet. Considering that kids usually grow an inch or so taller than their parents, I would say that you may still have a chance to grow more (but without knowing about the heights of anybody else in your extended family, I can't really help you more . . . ). Most boys grow until they're about 18 or older though, so you still may grow taller. But for now, learn to like your height -- you may think that you're different, but don't worry -- unique is good!! (And there's also a lot of smaller girls out there too . . . lol). Good luck!!!

The chances of you growing even taller are very slim. First of all, your parents aren't that tall, (i don't mean to offend them) so the chances of you being tall decrease. And also, if you do lots of weights when your young, it can also decrease your chances of growing taller. But the good news is, is that your still growing! Nobody can tell you for sure that you might be short or tall, just eat healthy, especially a lot of calcium, and see what will happen from there. But i know how it is. I to am hispanic, and 15, but im 5'2. which is weird because my dad was 6 feet.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

You cannot control your maximum height, it is genetics. Eating or exercise won't make any difference. Due to the height of your parents it is a good chance you have met your maximum height already. That is okay. There are alot of girls/women who are okay with men of your stature. I'm only 5' tall myself and would feel odd being matched with a tall man. Your self-confidence will be what attracts people to you, not your height.

Hmm...yea you have a shot at being 5'9", but you'll need to drink all your milk and eat your vitamins everyday! And stay healthy as well!

It's not a big chance though, but 5'8" would seem a little more reasonable, but you're in control of your health!

You will stop growing around the age of 18...so you have a few more years left.

>>>* Hey What's up Man, my friends call me Skippy. I know RIGHT where you are now, as I was once there, and I can tell you first hand that it is ABSOLUTELY possible to grow in height after you thought you were done growing forever. Perhaps my own story could be of some help to you...

My family has been in the aviation business since the 1960's. There has been pilots, engineers, baggers, stewards, and of course stewardesses. I never really had much of an interest in piloting or working as an engineer, but I LOVE the sky, and being on airplanes. I had already traveled to 12 different countries by the age of 21. So for me, being a Steward(flight attendant) was always my dream job. The only problem, however, is that there are height requirements for safety reasons. As I was exceptionally short in height- my college degree, and qualified resume meant nothing. I was denied my first job as a flight attendant because I was about 2 inches short of their requirements. This absolutely devastated me. I thought my dream had gone out the window. I was also embarrassed, it was sort of like not being able to get on a ride at an amusement park because I was too small. Which has actually happened to me, btw. Lol. But this was worse, this was my dream career, and future at stake.

At this point, I began scowering the web for help. First I tried seeing if there was a way, some way, to get around the height requirement mandated by airliners. The answer was a big fat NO. Once I had determined there was no way around it, I started feeling hopeless, and desperate. THAT'S when I started looking into the seemingly ridiculous idea that you could continue growing, even after you were finished with puberty. So, after hours and hours of research, reading countless reviews and testimonials, I did come across one website - http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. A natural height-growth program that caught my eye. Setting my inherent skepticism aside for a moment, I signed up for the site. Now, fast forward a few months after learning and utilizing all the material and support in the program, I actually grew 3 INCHES! That's no lie. Dead serious. I have since re-applied for the job I would have otherwise gotten if I had met the height requirement. They don't even believe me, lol! They have not set me up for another interview, but that's Ok. If not them, I will have my dream job soon with another airliner as this time I won't have to worry about coming up short. No pun intended! lol.

Anyways, I hope my story was of some help to you, and I wish you the best!
