You only give part of the info. Uphill, or downhill, or level. How quickly. Even with that info it won't vary by a lot about 80 to 100.

Do you believe the other answer A whole days caloric intake is only 1800-2000 IKm is only 0.62 miles. You can walk 3 mph which means you can walk 1Km in 40 min.. Do you really think you could loose 800-1000?

As an oversimplified formula, you can say that each mile you jog burn burns about 100 calories on level ground. Heavier people burn more, smaller people, less. That would be about 60 calories per kilometer.
