This relationship is not alright. I know because I was in a similar relationship and I didn't have anyone to set me straight.. I was the younger one in the relationship. I looked back at the relationship and regretted it. The scale here is clearly unbalance. The 23 yr has the upper hand because of his/her life experience. The 15 yr is at a great disadvantageous because he/she is inexperience and mental inmaturity. Why can't they both find someone their own age? The state laws indicate this behavior is incorrect. I have an exercise, ask each party involve if they had a 15yr son/daughter would they honestly want this type of relationship for their son or daughter? What do they have in common besides sex? If you took the sex out of the equation do they have enough common interest to sustain a relationship? The 15 yrs should think about their future. The 15yr is the gem in this relationship. Younger person please re examine your life. If you have nothing else to do throw yourself into you school strive for all A's. Younger person you can't see this now however you will see it later in life, you are currently being preyed on! The older person wants to take your innocents. Please end the madness.

Two HUGE differences: Alchahol age and sex age. 15 year olds are not allowed either, opposite for 23 year olds. And don't you think that a 9th or 10th grader shouldn't be going out with smeone that could be out of college. I personally think that the age difference is tto much..........That's like a 10 year old with an 18 year old. Those 8 years make all of the difference. When you get older and are over the two huge differences I think it would be fine, but now can be too much pressure on a 15 year old. Don't listen to anyone that encourages you. IT IS BAD!
XOXO,
Katherine

No. A 15 year old is not appropriate for a 23 year old. It is not necessarily just an age difference, there are experience differences and emotional differences as well. Not to mention that a 23 year old dating at 15 year old is illegal in most states.

That is NOT okay at all!! A 23 year old has no business hooking up with a 15 year old!! Both of these people need to date within their age range.

no that is not okay because that 23 year old could get in some serious trouble with the law for being with that 15 year old if that person gets caught with that child someone is going to jail please believe and besides that 23 year old should know better than to be in a relationship or whatever you want to call it with that young of a child anyway

In my own personal opinion no it's not ok. it's accually illegal . for the fact your putting the person who's 23 in danger of causing him to go to jail for many things. plus your not that old yet you shouldn't worry about dating . group date at your age. plus it's like robbing the cradle.
your not legal able to do anything at 15yrs old. you can't go drink drive or work a job other then bust tables or fast food. you ahven't established yourself where the 23 yr old has life experiences
Plus if you became pregant espeically if you were sexually active which i hope your not. um the 23rd old could get arrested for having sex with a minor. and you could face some fines too since your underage. you couldn't abort the child with out a parental right. and or get married.
so before you do it make sure you wave your pro's and con's of dating a younger person who's under age to someone who's older.
your judgement your life your values. yourself worth are on the line.

I think that the only reason why its not ok is because you are at a different relationship level at 15 then at 23. Just trust your judgement, and don't run the risk of doing something you'll regret.

Please don't sell yourself short. In all honesty, what makes you think a 23 year old want to be with a 15? I mean would YOU want to be with a 7 year old? Some older guys do that just because they know that you're not as experienced as them. They're the evil kind. Stay away. lol.

No. The 15-year-old has way too much ahead of them to be with a 23-year-old who is looking for a settled life or a 23-year-old that is into dangerous things.
