Where can I find a good free clone of Microsoft Office?

I'm looking for one that has all the same types of programs (word processor, spreadsheets presentations, etc), where the files are compatible with their respective Microsoft Office programs.

the best is open office some say its better than ms office you can get it at www.openoffice.org and its free
