Eat healthily-balanced diet and consistent regular meals consisting of veggies, fruits, meat and carbs (rice/bread/pasta/potatoes).

Go to bed early, have a good deep sleep daily as that enhances growth.

Lastly, do loads of running as that stretches your body and runners are often known to be tall and lean. At 15, your body is still undergo puberty and development so there's still room for growth if you maintain a consistent lifestyle.

My mother was 5'2". I am 5'4" and I have a grown daughter 5'10". I read a research paper that said that the best thing for a teenager to do is get enough deep sleep. That is try to get 8 hours at least every night and the same hours every night. The teen I read about even wore earplugs and pushed a towel under the door and covered his windows so that no light would disturb him and his sleep would be deeper. He grew 8 '' his freshman to sophomore year. Good Luck and remember no man stands so tall as when he stoops to help another.

Definitely there is a chance that you'll be taller. You are not done with growing, actually people done with that at 20-25 years, it depend on the gender. Also there are exercises that can help you to get few centimeters. First you need to hold your back always strait so you won't be getting shorter. Second, try to hang on a crossbeam or horizontal bar for an amount of time every day. I heard it can help. Peace.

I stopped growing when I was about 17 or 18. Hispanics are usually really short to begin with because your heritage is spanish and indian mixed. In which, the indians are usually really short. You could probably reach 5'9, but I would not smoke cigarettes, do drugs, and make sure that you eat plenty of protein and don't try to literally stretch yourself like Bobby Brady on the Brady Bunch, that will just stunt your growth. Trust me.

There is absolutely nothing you can do about it, either before or now. Your height is programed at birth. With the heights that you gave for your parents I would not hold out too much hope. You may get a little taller but I doubt that it will be to 5'9"

If your a girl, you're probably done growing, if you're a boy, there is still a bit of growing left for you.
