I like the rubber band idea! And if that fails, 2 hamsters hooked up to a wheel will do the job.

nobody makes performance parts for the 1.5 tercel.
I would suggest to instal a larger wind-up elastic band under the hood. (heh-heh)

well if i was you i would'nt put a turbo in there but it would be like the smallest turbo around
