It doesn't matter how good and perfect you are the only way to get into heaven is to read and believe Romans 10:9-10.

to answer your question: YES!!

I am sure that there are many nice people around, and that some of these nice people are atheists. But I have yet to come across a sinless person (apart from Jesus Christ)! Being a nice person is not the same as being a sinless person. And I wonder which atheist can in all good conscience claimed to have never sinned or did anything wrong, even when judged according to his own conscience. Having said that, perhaps there are atheists who claimed to have "never sinned" because in the first place they do not believe there is a God, thus they do not believe there's such a thing as sin in the first place. Well, call it moral wrong then, or moral evil.

God will be perfectly just on the day of Judgment. Jesus proclaims there will varying degrees of punishment in Hell. So, if one who hasn't sinned as much as Adolph Hitler or Joseph Stalin then your punishment will not be as bad. But it is still punishment.

Remember that there are only 2 destinies:Heaven and Hell. If an atheist continues to hold the truth in unrighteousness and blasphemes the Holy Spirit by never repenting of their sins and putting their trust in Jesus to save them, then I don't see why any atheist would want to spend an eternity in Heaven with a God they vehemently deny exists? Doesn't this make logical sense to you?

An Atheist that never sinned? That is absolutely impossible. You see, the very denial of God's existence, is a sin in itself. All people go to hell - unless they accept the gift of Salvation offered through Jesus the Messiah.

If an Atheist never did anything wrongful or gravely immoral then it would be very unfair for an Atheist to go to ''Hell''.But even if you are a very nice atheist who never sinned according to Christian belief you go to hell anyways. That's why It doesnt exist.

You show we a single person (not including Jesus), christian or otherwise that has been sinless. Never been one. Truth is that every single one of us has sinned. The reasons that Christians return to God in heaven isn't because they never fail, it is simply that they accept the love that God has for us, so much that He would die for us. You can't be totally "nice" with out any sharing in the source of all kindness and love which is our Father who loves me and loves you.

rejecting (or simply not accepting ) Christ as your Lord and savior is the very thing that sends you to Hell, so it's impossible for an atheist not to sin.

No. I don't believe in hell. And I believe everyone goes to Paradise. Yay. There's a lengthy explanation to why I think everyone, but I wouldn't want to bore anyone.

if they sinned, and die without Christ, yes they will go to hell, the bible is very clear on that.

We are all sinners, believers and atheists alike. Only God can judge what is in a persons heart
