took the u.s citizenship nov.15.2005 i passed it but i still havent gotten a letter to do the second part wich is to complete papers and swear to b a good citizen ect..i dont know how u say that but can anyone tell me why i havent gotten a letter yet... they told me to wait 6 months but nothing yet??

i kept calling immigration office and talked to immigration official and he was the only 1 who can check records and he always told me that in 6 months i would get news 6 months past i kept calling evry 6 months they told me the same thing and still nothing..

My mom applied for a citizenship test and she hasnt gotten the appointment to take it yet but my dad has and he's a citizen now (he took the test, and swore) Anyways, go https://infopass.uscis.gov/info_en.php (I think thats the website but check any papers that you have for a website) and make an appointment with them (cause if you just show up there you'll have to wait 6 hours if not more).

Did you move between the time you took the test and now, because if you did move and not tell the immigration office. A lot of times that is what happens. You will have to go down to that office and ask. You can get better answers that way. Good luck

It is just 15 months - if you are passed the test just wait same immigration offices takes more time - good luck!

i would relax. they probably meant that they would send it out in six months. how long has it been since the six monhts were up? i would only get worried if they contacted you and told you that you had no choice but to leave the country. if u ever have time like over the weekend could u plz e-mai l me i have something to ask u
