First things first, you need to be comfortable in your skin. You're obviously not fat, you're short, sure, but you're a good weight for your age and height. I'm fifteen, about an inch taller than you, and about the same weight. Confidence is found by yourself, you just need to be sure of yourself. Think of it this way: your boyfriend likes you, doesn't he? He likes the you that doesn't put yourself down. You should think more of the positives in your appearance than the negatives. Do things that make you feel pretty, doing your hair, wearing jewelry or makeup, whatever it is. And about the flat stomach thing, you don't need to diet, you weigh a fine amount, but toning exercise is one way to do that. Either crunches, sit ups, or other ab exercises will help. Just do so in moderation.

I thought you said this was short? Oh, you are short. That's OK. It often takes time for our perception of our body image to catch up with the reality of a new figure. Your body does not need to fit a perfect standard. Take up dance (esp. ballet, belly or ballroom) or English style horse back riding (especially dressage). Just the interaction with the animal takes the preoccupation off ourselves. Both these sports focus on posture and self confidence. When you carry yourself well, you will find yourself believing in your carriage. You will stop focusing on what is wrong with you and see what is beautiful about you instead. Just teasing about the short thing..

Relax. Quit worrying about how you look and enjoy life. Aren't there enough things in your life to worry about than whether you look good to everyone else. Sounds to me like you weight is good and you need to learn to love who you are and what you see when you look in the mirror.

I know that it is hard for someone who was overweight then loses that weight and looks good to accept the fact that their body has changed.

Well, your body has changed. Now you need to decide you want to change. Stop obsessing, it is just your way of getting attention (if you realize it or not) and stop talking to other people about how you look. Stop putting yourself down. Everybody gets tired of people that whine about themself all the time.

Look in the mirror each morning and each night and pick yourself up instead of putting yourself down to the people around you. Find something you like about yourself and have pride in that. You don't need to bring it to anyone elses attention. Learn to love yourself.

Yes, people get tired of trying to boost your ego and your self esteem. Maybe it would be a good idea to talk to the school counselor, or your mom about your problem. You have a problem accepting you for you. They may have some ideas.

YOU ARE NOT FAT
YOU ARE NOT FAT
115 pounds is not fat. Be happy with the way you look. Be confident. Just because you are confident doesnt mean you are cocky. Good luck!

Umm, you HAVE a boyfriend. So obviously someone thinks you are pretty. Ask your doctor if you need to loose weigh and if she says yes then have her offer suggestions for you. If not, then please accept the fact that not everyone is tall, skinny, and blonde.
