1. Give it time
2. Understand that if something was meant to be - it WILL be
3. Know that there really truly is someone who is a better match for you; you just need to patiently wait.
4. Give yourself the opportunity to cry, cry and cry some more
5. Busy yourself with lotsa lotsa stuff
6. Remember prior relationships & how you survived those breakups
7. I go to my Bible and ask God for a hug
8. I let out my feelings with a close friend or two who WON"T gossip
9. I make a list of the things that he & I "matched" and "no match" and see which list is longer - might help you to see better
10. Understand that when a man wants a gal, he will truly truly truly climb mountains, swim oceans, jump out of planes - anything to get that gal. My (now hubby as of Valentine's Day), moved from Buffalo NY to Texas 18 months ago with no guarantee that I would even date him - but he persued me with all abandon. That's what it took to win my heart.

Remember what Scarlett said in "Gone with the Wind" - 'there is always tomorrow, and tomorrow is another day!' Best to you!

I totally know how you feel. When it happened to me, I felt as though no ones ever going to like me in this world, and I'm alone with no one to hold, and I was basically really depressed. But even though this time right now is probably really hard for you, time till heal your heart. It is the only thing that ever has healed anyone's heart. After a certain time (it's different for differnet people. for some it could be two weeks, for some it could be a day) you will realize certain things, and this will actually be a good learning experience. But for now, sweetie, just know that I understand your pain. Besides, he never even deserved you in the first place. :)

you should ask your self what the rationalization at the back of the breakup became initially. You point out which you're afraid to have faith him so i'm guessing that he cheated. that's as much as you and in case you want to be in a courting with him or you merely want somebody to be with. i could advise that when you ruin up, you should no longer come again jointly. perhaps be associates yet no longer date back. there's a reason which you broke up the 1st time. provide it some thought. reliable good fortune

Call your friends and get out of the house. Don't let someone else determine how you're going to live the rest of your life. It's hard now, but your friends are there for you. Go out and enjoy yourself and forget about the ex, even if it's just for a few hours.

First of all i don't call him at all, no hang-ups i just forget the number all together. Second i get a new hair do, work on my appearance by hitting the gym. Spend time with friends. Before you know it you will have forgotten about him.

I write it all down until there's no more to write...the last break-up I wrote for two months....I write about all the details so that when I decide to write the book I have references.

Get your close friend together and have a celebration for becoming single and available again. It's not end of the world and you'll get to know someone new with new experience and excitement all over again... life goes on.

Don't drink, don't abuse yourself, try making new friend in IM or in real life and please please re-socialised again.
