I'm 15 and he's either 16 or 17. We've never actually spoken to each other before, and he's a bit quiet in class, but also laughs a lot and appears to be friendly enough. How can I approach him, and start a conversation? Considering his eyes _are_ beautiful, can I casually tell him they're nice?

Be ready with something casual to follow it up with in case he feels 'aw gosh embarrassed' by your flattery, so you can keep the conversation going and he can be relaxed. A lot of people don't know how to deal with a compliment gracefully, but it still makes them feel good, that's why you'll want to have a casual question or statement ready to follow up with.

owww i love guys eyes too..idk there some sort of magic when looking into a guys eyes, you can just get lost ..go for it, if not his eyes then talk to him about school work...good luck:)
