i was wondering, guys, what do you look for in a girl? and dont say a bigg butt and boobs. i mean for real? it cant all be about appearance. so my question is who is your dream girl?

Makeup is NOT required. Usually.
Hair- washed, combed, maintained (short OR long)
Skin- minimal blemishes (zits)
Now if you HAPPEN to have a major birthmark on your face, you might be so self-conscious that you need some face-paint. OK- but use as little as possible. Remember, if you get up close & intimate its going to rub off.
A girl without makeup won't have to worry about looking like a raccoon, first thing in the morning. :)
